Audience feedback on Solo.
The general feedback, we got on our title sequence it was a good action thriller that created suspense throughout by using a varation of shots .
according to the audience, the good parts in our films was the amount of camera shots we desided to use, the over sholder shot came up in many sheets.Also the close up which didnt allow them to see the background created tension and suspense which a thriller should do. The particular edits we used was favored "slowing down" effect was said to create tension which made the want to carry on watching.lastly the diogetic sounds made the overall sequence better.
we recieved critisms that we could have done our match cut of a phone coversation better, by making the overall filming much better.This is true, we relised after getting our footage of the camera so we tried to used effects to cover it up. We could have improved this is using the tri-pod while filming.
The sterotype people said was represented in "solo" was vitcims, this was because the victim was female which is generally is shown in the media. The Women was shown as week and vurable, through camera shots and angles this was sucessful.
people picked up that we used the genre of goody vs badies, which was the image we was trying to come across though our lack of light and the two characters which was a good person and a bad person.
